Laura Lipinski is an estate planning attorney, providing estate and tax planning services to individuals, employing diverse techniques in drafting wills, trusts (revocable, irrevocable, insurance, charitable, personal residence), family limited partnership agreements, powers of attorney for property, powers of attorney for health care and living wills. Practicing in the areas of trust and estate administration for over twenty years, Laura represents executors, trustees and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration and litigation in Cook County and the surrounding counties.
Laura is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is knowledgeable in the legal issues facing the elderly and disabled. She represents guardians of minors and disabled adults in guardianship proceedings, serves as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in disabled adult guardianship cases, and assists parents and other relatives with special needs planning for disabled individuals by drafting special needs trusts.
Laura also handles residential real estate purchases and sales.
Prior to bringing her trusts and estates practice to Western Springs, Laura practiced with the downtown Chicago law firm of Schwartz Cooper Chartered for over 20 years.
